LES DUNES : The plage des Dunes : - a big beach of fine sand which extends over 3,2 km. - an ideal beach for afternoon spent bathing and relaxing. Separated from the bathing area, another area has been marked off for the practice of surfing. Good waves can be found here for surfing beginners. 2 watchtowers: dunes 1 and Dunes 2 open from the 30th of June to the 2nd of September from 11h00 to 12h30 and 14h00 to 19h00.	Image 40 K°
LA NORMANDELIERE : Recreational area: - relax on a beach of fine sand, or on the terrace of a cafè. - an ideal beach for young children, due to its proximity to the salt water pool of 1.5 hectares, but also by the start of the rocks which form a curve and protect the beach from the waves. - a very agreeable beach for nautical activities: sailing, and sail board or boat fishing which is facilitated by the port located behind the famous sailing school. - at low tide fishing for all sorts of shell fish. - The Normandelière includes the Marais Girard beach which welcomes, thanks to the "Mickey"club children from 4 to 14 by the day or half day. - agreeable strolls thanks to pedestrian and cycle paths laid out on the top of the waterside dunes. availability of special bathing facilities for those of reduced mobility -Lifeguard: open from June 16^th to June 29 ^th and from September 3^rd to September 9 ^th from 10h30 to 12h30 and from 14h30 to 18h00. LA SAUZAIE : A wild beach bordered by a rocky coast, this is the place where the waves meet. It is therefore a spot for those who love to slide on water.
